- The study of political, legal and social factors related to the presence of organized crime, illegal trafficking of all types and of trafficking in persons and narcotics in particular; the study of the operation of the criminal justice system in the Republic of Albania and the study of organized crime and terrorism in particular. Studies are conducted both at the national and regional level and in cooperation with other sister organizations.
- The study of factors that present a threat to the national sovereignty and identity of our country, promotion of the human rights and minority rights, development of democratic institutions, study of the new architecture of regional security and promotion of respect for international agreements signed by Albania and which are part of the national security objectives of our country.
- The promotions of national values that have ensured the inter-religious harmony that exist in our country and the study of threats to this tolerance. Preparation of policy papers that deal with developments that are a threat to our national security. Cooperation with structures of the legislative branch on the drafting of laws, and work to sensitize the public and state agencies about these issues.
- The Albanian Center for National Security Studies has been in operation since March 2003.

të Universitetit të Tiranës
Në vitin 2011 ka përfunduar Postmaster për Çështje te Sigurisë, ne Universitetin UFO-Tirane
Në vitin 2013, pas përfundimit të Programit të Doktoraturës në Fakultetin e Sigurisë dhe të Mbrojtjes në
Akademinë e Forcave të Armatosura Tiranë, ka fituar gradën shkencore “Doktor” në fushën e Sigurisë
dhe të Mbrojtjes.
